"I have been living here for almost a year and boy I regret it. Management is a mess, they change management 3-4 times since last April. The apartment was delivered with a long list of issues (broken appliances, cabinets, electric outlets, windows, etc). To the date there are still issues pending. They started charging for parking but my car got stolen for the lack of security, when I notified them they just said sorry this happened we will contact you if we get any information (?). Rent is not the cheapest but still the experience is terrible, noisy neighbors, smokers throwing cigarettes ends to my stuff. The apartment itself and location are ok but I will never make the same mistake renting here unless they start showing they care about their tenants."

"Update: I have still contacted the office, to no response. Further, I was not made aware of the move out termination fee, and the process to move up the move out date officially. So I am still being charged over $2,000 to move out. For future residents, please advise them of all charges/processes so they do not get into this situation. I am still available for a response, if Sienna wanted to contact me. My fiancé and I lived here for a little under two years, and it’s “fine”. It’s your basic apartment, nothing fancy. However, the leasing office has been one of the worst I’ve worked with in the 10 years I’ve leased. On top of heater/AC not working, and having to wait weeks for maintenance to resolve the issue. One of cars also got broken into. Upon move out, we have been given move out charges that are completely absurd. I have tried calling the leasing office multiple times, to which there is no answer or a “I’ll have my manger call back”. The rent is comparable to other one/two bedrooms in the area, so please go to a better place that won’t give you this much of a headache."

"Writing on behalf of my partner who was a tenant at Sienna until 09/10/23-ish. Picture this: In early September, Sienna tried to hit me with charges for damages that were there long before I moved in. Armed with indisputable photo evidence, I confronted them, only to be met with the classic "no record of it" routine. What followed was a maddening exchange – at least five infuriating phone calls and roughly 25 exasperating emails. Their responses were all over the place, and the gaps of silence had me questioning if Sienna of Cherry Creek was running a property management operation or a comedy club. To add a final twist, in my last conversation, my usual point of contact was MIA, and the manager played the "I have no idea" card like a pro. Now, let's talk about security deposits. They threw charges at me like it was a sport, completely ignoring the idea of a fair financial transaction. But here's the twist in the tale – after a serious uphill battle, I managed to get my entire deposit back. Yes, a win, but not without leaving a piece of my sanity behind in the process. FYI it is required, by law, to return a security deposit back no later than 60 days from move out. Sienna of Cherry Creek, take this review as a testament to the power of tenacity. Getting my deposit back shouldn't have felt like a victory lap, but hey, here we are. This is me hoping they get their act together and spare the next tenant from this rollercoaster."

"This is a decent place to live but the trash situation is disgusting. It looks like this on a regular basis. The bins are often overflowing, people dispose of large pieces of furniture that just sit there for days and weeks on end, the bins don’t get put back in the right spots (then blocking parking, which is very limited), trash blows all over the parking lot after animals rip the bags open. They clearly don’t care."
