"Both Lina and Alexis have gone above and beyond for my move in and getting me setup within the community. Everything has been explained in detail and this is my first home in Colorado where I feel comfortable on the first day of move in and property management has exceled in every expectation. I definitely recommend Millenium Green Valley Ranch to anyone looking for a pleasurable experience in property management and amenities and a wonderful community. The maintenance team has been on top of making sure everything worked in the apartment and have been able to accommodate every step of the way. The whole team is in sync and it shows. Thank you all for your hard work in getting this unit setup for me and ready, I’m excited to officially be a part of the community here now and love it."
"Regardless if I get the place or not! I’m very happy with the service that was provided during the tour. The leasing agent that gave me the tour answered all my questions with no confusion. I felt comfortable and welcomed. Edit. Not happy with the service that was provided overall. They are bad with communication, very slow and inaccurately with the processing of paperwork. Unwilling to negotiate. I was rushed off the phone by the property manager on multiple occasions. The leasing agent Lina told me that my other deposit check arrived and said that she tried to call me… sooo if I didn’t call I wouldn’t know to pick up my check. There’s actually a such thing as emailing which has been a major form of our communication. Overall I waisted my time and sense a bit of discrimination coming from the property manager. I’m grateful that god did not allow me to get this place because he found me something even better."
"I’ve seen some nice apartments but these are absolutely beautiful, the staff is very nice and respectful, the space is nice and cleanly everything work’s probably I’m very happy staying here!!"
"So happy to have found this gem! Brand new build with super nice apartments and amenities. The staff were so friendly and inviting while going through the whole process. They made the whole tedious process easy and less stressful. I can’t recommend this place enough!"
