"There are always kids running and playing on the roof of this building. I reside on the 5th floor & kids are constantly on the room because the roof access is always unlocked I have reported this issue to the police twice & it has not been resolve. Montbello is the projects and the residents nor the staff care about the kids."

"Horrible slumlord apartment manager. The buildings are infested with roaches and they move you in without telling you. They are rude and mostly ignore any complaints. If they do respond, it's usually to fight and call tenants liars. This management company has broken so many laws since I've moved in. Do not move here if you want your tenant rights to be upheld and to be treated like a person"
"EDIT: I am very unimpressed with staff. They are also closed on the weekends which means you can't get any help. They will give you notice for different things in the community happening. There is a pest problem. The worst thing about that is you have to almost completely pack up your kitchen EVERY TIME THEY DO THEIR SPECIAL SPRAY. Maybe talk to some apartments in the South and see what they use. We NEVER had to pack things up for pest spray. Is this the best location? No. HOWEVER, we found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. We found the apartment to be pretty close to the best apartments in this area for this price. We will update the review after we move in.."
