"Everyone is very friendly and the staff are AMAZING! The building is beautiful and convenience of available stores nearby is quite incredible. Both restaurants and nationwide name brand stores. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here so far."

"I lived here for two years and I can say that it was one of the best renting experiences that I have ever had. The building was great, the amenities were all well taken care of, and so was i. The office was always incredibly attentive and always responded and acted quickly. The maintenance team was diligent and communicative. The building having it's own restaurants and convenience store really added to the already great experience. The surrounding neighborhood isn't the best, so there were times where there were homeless and less-than-savory people walking around. But that's city life and the apartment complex and employees should not be to blame. The property manager went through numerous security companies in the two years I was there before they found one that was actually doing a good job--and they did do a good job. If I had any complaints it would be the other tenants, obviously. I don't know what/if there is any more of a screening process, but there should be. Particularly the dog owners. Regularly, there were piles of dog-mess in the hallways. There are two dog areas where you can take your dog to relieve themselves, but those were also messy and not maintained either. This is not something that the buildings maintenance team should be taking care of. The dog owners in this building for the most part were disgusting so I can only imagine what the inside of their apartments looked like."

"I have lived here for the past 2 years and I love it. I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and the maintenance crew. For example, I am always greeted so warmly at the office by Arleene Rodriguez and Katie Monday. They always treat me with respect and accommodating me with my needs. The maintenance experience has been amazing too. When I ask for service, as usual the response is very quick and efficient. Manuel Lara recently fixed the problem with my water heater."

"I’ve had a great experience so far with Forum Fitzsimons. Everything went smoothly with my move-in day and also maintenance crew was very quick to come when I had an issue. I love that parking is covered and only $10 per month! Chuck in the office has been great to work with; he is very thorough and helpful. I also love the amenities including the pool, hot tub and gym!! The market and restaurants in the complex are an added bonus too."

"A newer IHOP, but it already needs a good cleaning as there were greasy hand and fingerprints on glass booth partitions that make me wonder what else needs a thorough cleaning. A complaint of mine is applicable anywhere, and that is people who don't parent nor discipline their screaming banshees of children in public. We were sitting next to one such booth with 2 screaming kids whose vocalizations pierced one's eardrums, and the caretakers did nothing to quell their ill-behaved kids' behavior. If that were my kid, they wouldn't be allowed to wreak havoc in public. Food was decent, though I had to return Blueberry Pancakes as they we brought to table with whipped cream, but menu didn't mention that, and being lactose intolerant, that was unacceptable. Got new ones, sans cream. Waitress was very nice."
