"Imagine walking into your apartment from a long day of work and you see a stranger in your home looking thru your things obviously high and he say he lives in your apartment and see he got in using a key from the office a woman working in the office gave him a key didn't check to see if he lived there didn't check his ID just gave him a key to your apartment that is what happened to me a few weeks ago I honestly feel they was working together to rob me I don't feel safe here can't sleep and everything takes weeks to get fixed around here also and paying $50 to park in a parking lot full of potholes is crazy to me"

"My records indicate I made THREE email attempts to get information about this property, as a prospective tenant. I eventually received a late email response from one Dayanna Saucedo with some follow up questions. I promptly responded on 3/13/24. She has not had human decency to reply. Simple acts of courtesy are nonexistent in today’s world. If Advenir at Del Arte cannot be bothered with a prospective lead, then I have no confidence in their ability to promote tenant happiness."

"Update 1.16.24, added a star for the following reason: The complex sent some cryptic information in an email telling us to let our water drip over the cold freeze, but didn’t specify BOTH hot and cold lines and my bathroom sink exploded. While communication/interactions either management or other office staff remain rude or nonexistent (minus ARIANNA, she’s so sweet), AARON from maintenance got here in a jiffy and was AWESOME, HELPFUL, and best of all KIND. He got a water extraction tech here asap, replaced the bathroom faucet, got the pipes back up and running, and even fixed my toilet so that it actually flushes waste down (it hasn’t since I moved in). Noisy neighbors have been rude and remain uncompliant, despite footage I was told to submit to management (they never answered or followed up). Even though it’s winter, I still have wasps on my patio trying to get in through the sliding door. Management refuses to erect a vertical handicapped sign for the one spot with a fading handicap sign on the ground that gets covered by snow (this is how my car got towed). I found out they tricked me into a 15 month lease when the 12 month should’ve been the same price, but they say they can’t do anything about it now, so I’m here for the long haul. So, if you’re desperate enough to live here, just know that AARON with maintenance will take care of you with humanity and to the best of his abilities, and ARIANNA on the leasing team will do the same. ——— Previous, 1 star review: I moved in 3 weeks ago. So far: 1) I STILL do not have hot water for more than 2 minutes after I was told the maintenance request was both submitted and 'complete 2) There's some kind of pest infestation and I have bites all up and down both of my legs - they ignored me to my face when I asked about this 3) My car was towed ($300) when I parked in what is apparently a handicap spot, but who would know with no vertical sign and all the paint fading, if you're parking when it's dark out - I was basically told to go bleep myself 4) The office staff is So. Expletive. Rude. Every time I need something, I'm clearly inconveniencing them, making things up, and I get attitude every single time. I have NEVER been treated so horribly in any apartment complex I've ever lived. 5) Car was broken into I hate it here and I'm stuck for another 14 months. Please save yourself. Live anywhere else. I wish I'd heeded these reviews."

"If you can avoid renting, do it! Do not rent, if the manager is rude, they never solve any of the breakdowns in the apartments, also they do not clean the stairs after the snowfall, the apartments are in complete abandonment and I repeat, your manager is super rude and not at all friendly"
