"Homeless ruined this nice community. It's quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. But I've been here 3 months. And every other week I'm dealing with homeless trying to get into the building to find a warm place. One guy was OD in front of my hallway door, weapons left behind, people camping out in the hallway/stairs. Cops won't do anything because management has to press charges, so the cops walk them out. We don't have security, or locks on the doors to our building. They come in when ever they want and hang out in the laundry rooms or hallways. This is not a problem to them because the office knows this is ongoing, its corporate won't accept this to be a big problem. We need locks on our building doors."
"They will tell you there’s no croaches but there is. Buildings are always dirty. Washers already always down. Do not recommend here at all"
"Trust me... just don't. This was the worst experience we've had ever renting an apartment. Unkept grounds, poor maintenance, glass all over the place, HUMAN fecal matter in the hallways, homeless sleeping in the lobby (unfortunately), apartments were broken into with squatters, neighbors fighting and breaking things out the window, communal washer and dryer DESTROYED our clothes... it was a nightmare. I emailed the property manager numerous times and nothing was done, and even went to their corporate side to complain. Per CO law they violate the Warranty of Habitability at every turn. We had to break the lease to move out of there. What makes me the most upset, is that luckily my partner and I were able to move, break the lease and find somewhere better, but the residents there who don't have the resources to move or get representation are stuck living at wentworth."
"I live here since December 2022, being honest is super bad, the admin never take care of anything, we have had leaks, problems with the water, with the parking lot, and they never do anything. We have being waiting for 2 months to get fix a leaking from the rooftop that is affecting us everytime is raining, and they never fix it, they said “we are waiting for the person that can fix it”. We have a gym in the neighborhood and the machines are broken, we were waiting for 1 month to get the pool open, and everytime we asked they kept saying, next week, when they finally opened it, they opened it in this conditions, is really gross and anti hygienist. We are just waiting to find another place, bc this place s*cks"
