"This place has ROACHES AND SMELLS LIKE WEED! I’ve lived at Alton Green for several years and the property was nice before but now looks like the projects. The grounds are unkept, dumpers overflowing with trash, dog feces left on the grass, people fixing their cars in the parking lot, hanging clothes on the balconies. ROACHES ROACHES .They came out to spray three times but the problem is getting worse. Don’t waste your time here move somewhere else."

"The office staff entered my apartment without permission when I was not at home and did something with the dishwasher, after that it did not work , I made an application and my problem is still not solved. The worst service you can find in Denver. Your problems will never be solved and the rude attitude of the staff will spoil your mood"

"Revising my last review. Management is good. Maintenance is good. The only bad thing is the people they’ve let rent here. The people here will blast music from their cars/apartment any hour of the day and night. If you can’t hear it from across the parking lot, you can at least hear it from a floor above or below. The people will also dump their old furniture at the garbage bins making the entire complex look trashy in spite of being notified not to by management. It’s like there’s no accountability here. The city of Denver and the complex won’t do anything about the noise or old furniture being dumped."

"RIP OFF. I'm shocked with my experience with applying at Alton Green. Not only did they waste my time, but the property manager Rebecca yelled at me and talked over me. I received a phone call that I had been approved for an apartment, but the one I applied for was no longer available and that they had NO apartments available any longer. Strange, since the evening before just 12 hours before this phone call I was told that no applicant was in the system whatsoever to apply for the particular apartment I wanted, which led me to apply... I brought this up to Rebecca, granted I was slightly frustrated and she yelled over me that I hadn't been approved and that Dakota didn't tell me that... Interesting because I have a voice mail left by Dakota at the office that said I was. Rebecca then proceeded to tell me after I requested to view another apartment since I just paid a $53 application fee that they had been lenient with me allowing me to "inspect" the apartments so they wouldn't be allowing me to see another one. I have VERY specific health concerns and being able to tour an apartment is not only a must for me, actually really prevents me from having heatlh issues relating to mold. For some reason, she didn't want me to look at other units and seemed defensive about it. I wasn't "inspecting" them I just wanted a normal freaking tour of the apartment I was about to sign a 12 month lease on. I don't know what human beings don't look at the place there about to move into but this should be industry standard. Unacceptable behavior and very disappointing. I really thought this one had potential I'm sad it went like this."
