"I lived in this apartment for 1 year and had to change 2 different apartments because of the mouse problem, I always have insect and mouse problems, my dishwasher did not work for 1 year and I kept complaining but they did not fix it in any way, it is an apartment with complete indifference and a money trap, in no way. There is no security, they broke my car window twice, but the apartment does nothing about the issue and my car was in the parking area and I was paying money for it, the washing machines do not work, the manager in the office is not interested, she is completely rude, it was the worst place I have ever lived in my life, I would never recommend it, there will be constant problems in the apartment, water leaks. Like, you will pay ridiculous money for this bad apartment, you will never be safe, if you still wana live there be ready to have worst experiences in your life , most of my friends also left that apartment because of same problems, they will broke, damage your car and parking lot has too much glass on the floor so be ready to pay for extra tires. Keep your amazon packeges safe because they will steal it , there is no camera in buildings. There are many more problems but its also waste of time to write for this building."
"Don’t bother trying to view this complex. Booked an appt. The lobby was full of people / residents. 15 minutes go by without even an acknowledgment of the people waiting. On the drive into the leasing office, you can see paint peeling from balconies, and they obviously used a great filter on their photos on the website."
"When we moved to live here in 2018, the service was okay, and the area was safer, but now the service is terrible and the residence is filled with many bad people. I can hear quarrels at night in the street and gunfire, in addition to theft. My husband’s car was stolen three times. They... The first time the key was broken and we notified the office, but we were ignored. The second time, I broke the car window and we reported the amount, but we were ignored. The third time, the number plate was stolen, which forced me to spend large sums of money, and the office did not move any residents to provide security in the residence that I live in. It has become infested with thieves and criminals. In addition, we are witnessing a very strange phenomenon on the side of the road parallel to the residential complex, where a group of people have become exploiting it as a car repair shop. They are often the ones who steal car parts, in addition to distorting the public view and also dirtying the street. One of the problems we suffer from is the lack of a quick response to fix problems in the apartment. I mean, for example, an oven that needs repair, a bathroom, a window... We informed the office that we needed to repair the bathroom about a month ago, but no one responded to our request. The bathroom paint is falling off, and rust is filling the wash basin. And the odor extractor removes water from it..., and other problems include the filth of dogs everywhere, and the filth of the stairs that no one cleans, and fortunately for me, I live in an open building. I clean the stairs myself from time to time with water and soap, and as for the sports complex, it is poor. It is very, very ugly, and the shape of the buildings and the paint are ugly and do not encourage staying. When we spend a tiring day at work, we look at the end of a place where we can live with some reassurance, comfort, and listening, and this is what we have come to miss in SpyGlass. In addition LAUNDRY !!! don't dream of washing your clothes on it the least that can be said about it is a dump and unpleasant odors, plus it is expensive, for more than a year I have been washing my clothes in public laundry!!!! Today we face a big problem. We don't have hot water for the whole weekend on a cold snowy day!!!! unfortunately. I'm just waiting for my kids to finish the school year to move somewhere else. It's very shameful that we must pay nearly $2000 a month for a service and resident like this. 0*"
"There are good improvements in the community in the last six months. New manager Lisa has been working hard to resolve the residents issues. There were issues with overcrowded parking lot, Noise pollution, dog poop in walk path, mail box etc. these are being addressed by the Community Manager. She has been communicating to the residents in the progress of the issues including the concerns she has with the community. Tynisha Leasing Manager is very kind and listen to the residents concerns / issues carefully and solve those by working with many teams. She is the best. Maintenance team is doing a Great job and resolving the maintenance issues with priority. They do a Good Quality job. No repeat issues. At last, Spyglass Apartment has got a good leadership team - Lisa (Community Manager), Excedous (Asst Manager), Tynisha (Leasing manager), Daryl (Maintenance Manager) have been working hard to improve the Resident's living experience and also solving the resident's issues to the best possible satisfaction. Dog poop in the walk path and also in green grass continue to be a concern. I hope Community leadership team will resolve it. Wish residents takes responsibility for it, but unfortunately not."
"I lived here in 2020-21. It seemed great cause it was easy to move into. Page the manager made everything so easy for me, and every time I had a problem she had it fixed immediately. I decided to move out 3 months early before my lease due to so many roaches and homeless people breaking windows and sleeping in hallways ways, it was no longer safe or comfortable because the infestation. I did my 60 day notice and left the apartment in great shape. I got my last statement showing everything was paid. Then page the manager was no longer working there. I all of sudden get a bill $2999.00 due to moving out earlier than my 60 days. Even with me following all their guidelines!!! This so unprofessional of this apartment agency, me leaving in December 20th instead of January. The apartment was renovated immediately after I left. Cause there was no maintenance issues. Now it’s on my credit and they are rude and will not work with me after all these years! I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! Find a different place safe YOURSELF!!"
