"This is one of the worst apartments in Colorado!! It’s ridiculous to even have hope of having good washers and dryers. People have been living here for a while and even poop there and the office don’t do anything."

"If I could give Cedar Rub a ZERO STAR I WOULD! They need to be a shamed of themselves for the poor conditions of each apartment! Plumbing is horrible, constant flooding in the apartments, what should be emergency maintenance IS NOT! They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! Their Residents are NOT a Priority what so ever! I’m disappointed and disgusted on so many levels! You would not be okay with your loved ones living in this manner."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. Not only does it break so many Colorado laws regarding the warranty of habitability, but whenever you try to get anything fixed or any answers the property manger is the rudest person you’ll ever meet. Save your money and your sanity and live anywhere else. This place needs to be INVESTIGATED and SHUT DOWN by the state. Management don’t even try to respond. You couldn’t even respond to my emails when I was your tenant I don’t need your pity now."

"NOT WORTH THE EXPECTED SAVINGS. YOU WILL PROBABLY NOT ACTUALLY SAVE ANY MONEY. Important update at the end! While this place initially looks like a fantastic price for the square footage, please do not give them any of your money. Utilities consistently add around 200 or more to your rent. Last month for my unit they were nearly 300 and we were without heat for a week, without hot water more often than that, and without any water intermittently. We have been without consistent heat or hot water since at least last September (that's when I have my first record of me putting in a work order for it) my unit's heater went out for the second time in less than a month Wednesday or Thursday. They are just now (Tuesday) sending a vendor in to fix it. We have a high of 32 today. I first put in a work order for our dishwasher in September, and they have drained it, but not fixed the problem. In the meantime we have been stuck with standing water in there for the last 6 months. It smells and it's attracted bugs. I haven't had a light in our living room because they've been canceling my work orders to get it fixed. My bathroom fan hasn't worked since a little after I moved in, resulting in mold. The office staff is kind and friendly UNTIL you move in. Then they are rude and refuse to take accountability for their mistakes and try to blame you for their mistakes. Please don't be fooled into renting here. They can be very convincing, but you will regret it. UPDATE: THEY ARE REFUSING TO DO MY RENTAL HISTORY VERIFICATION FOR MY NEXT PLACE AND LEFT A "PLEASE DON'T LEAVE" FLIER ON MY DOOR TODAY."

"!!!WARNING DO NOT RENT HERE!!! do not rent here.I wish it was possible to give a negative rating to a place.. This place has been featured on the news numerous times for how disgusting and terrible it is the residents have gone months without hot water and heat during the Winter months. One building is closed off because of a fire. Another building flooded below damaging several of the residence vehicles. Bed bugs and roaches have been rampant in several of the buildings and black mold is also everywhere. The management team mishandles things all the time. The lease is a very terrible lease I suggest you read it to what you're agreeing into . One of the buildings is burned and will soon be condemned due to asbestos contamination. the rest of the property in my opinion should be as well this place is a slum."
