"Had been experiencing a problem with a bad main breaker, so my apt was only getting electricity in my living room and dining room, this went on from January of 2023 till late November, early December of 2023. Was promised a discount on my rent for those months of inconvenience. But never received the discounts. Each new property manager never lived up to the promises made. I have been a dedicated and respectful tenant for 7 years."

"hands down the worst place ive ever lived, stayed here for 2 years out of desperation only to leave because they were gonna raise my rent hundreds of dollars!! beware!!! everybody talks about the roaches but i had a mice literally chew through my apartment wall once. dirty & broken facilities (laundry room is a mess, crackheads chill in there all the time, pool is DISGUSTING, elevators are always broken so if ur disabled and living on the top floors good luck!.) its a "convenient" location if youre okay with car robberies every night and shootouts across the street. 0 stars!!"
"I have had water leaking into my apartment for over a month after I reported it. It leaks over a light switch and into a light fixture. The office told me to contact my renter's insurance to get a hotel. I did, and they denied my claim because the property manager told them there was no hazard. The property blames the insurance company, the weather, the repair company -- everyone and everything else -- for the lack of repairs. DISHWASHER NOT INCLUDED, don't be fooled by the floor plans."
