"Place is awful all I can say is that management is unresponsive every-time I have called (during business hours) no one answers or responses to any messages left, there are times they close early without notice, my water has been shut off with out notice, my sink leaked for over a week and we were blamed for there was exposed wiring right under our sink through out our stay not to mention that roaches and rats are everywhere. Management constantly changes so nothing is getting done and no one is actually in charge. The pool hasn’t worked in two years and no one has even come to look at it. Only thing good is maintenance but they even have issues with management. I have tried to be very understanding with management but the rudeness, and inflexibility of management is frustrating and there is no communication. They expect us to meet there expectations yet they have even met the residence la basic requirements (safety, hygiene, respect and a clear like of communication). In all all of these complaints are just the tip of the ice berg"

"RUN!!! That’s all I can say to you. I have reported cockroaches multiple times and my home has been fumigated 3 times. I was told there was going to be an inspection 2 weeks after the last fumigation and that never happened. When I told the manager about how my apartment is clean and that I am not the source of the roaches and that they should fumigate every apartment in the building because someone else is causing it, he gave me excuse after excuse about how they could’t do that. I have stopped seeing roaches in my apartment itself, but I am still seeing them in the laundry room and one of them was crawling on the clothes when I went to take them out of the washer. What i have come to realize is that the roaches were a problem long before I got here and will be here long after I’m gone. When I told the manager that I was thinking about breaking my lease he said he wanted to fix things and has given me ONE call to check up on the roaches. Since then, which was maybe 4-5 weeks ago, I have not heard anything about pest control or an inspection for the apartment or the building for that matter. Bottom line is, they have no intention of dealing with it PROPERLY because that would just be too much work. UPDATE: NOW I HAVE MICE??? WHEN WILL IT ENDDDD"

"If there was the option to put -1 star it would be short. Terrible service from this property, I have been complaining about the many faults they have such as annoying neighbors and problems with the doors of the buildings, without any response. I call the office they never answer. I go and they are rarely there. but the biggest problem is that I have a situation with this problem since the water is blocked due to some fault in the pipe. I can't use my bathroom either and no response from them either by email or by phone. They told me the plumbers would arrive and they never arrived. I want to cancel my contract with this terrible apartment! B206"

"TRUST THE REVIEWS. Can you imagine being denied by the WORST APARTMENTS in Aurora. First of all, it took them 2 weeks to start the screening of my application because someone didnt do their job at the office. Second, they NEVER answer the phone. I’ve had to come all the way up there just for them to tell me that they haven’t processed my application yet. My tour was horrible. Manager didnt know where she was going, the unit she showed me was TRASHED. Roaches everywhere. The hallways reek of mildew and mold. No washer/dryer connections and have the nerve to charge a $40 application fee? Fym. The coded doors didn’t work. Leasing office also looks a mess. The manager up front is an a*hole. Looked me dead in my face and said i didnt qualify… TO LIVE HERE ??! Thats wild."

"Building is not up to code alot of health code violations/safety violations, not worth the 1800 I ended paying monthly (especially after signing a lease for 1400). Any packages that you receive and arrive at the office they will hold it there till they feel like emailing you to come pick it up. There's a hoard of cockroaches and silverfish in the building. While living there apartment got flooded and took 4 hours for someone to come and shut off the water, afterwards the person that came to get the water out promised that they where going to replace the carpet but they didn't and they just changes out the foam padding for it, after that the apartment reeked of mold. You tend to feel unsafe at these apartments because random people/drug addicts would be doing drugs in the hallways. When a tour is requested they show you a gimmick of a apartment (not the actual one that your going to get). The apartment only has lighting in the kitchen and bathroom you have to buy lamps just to not be in the dark. Overall I had a terrible experience at this place I hope that management has been trying to improve the place but I highly doubt it but in my honest opinion I don't recommend anyone to live here."
