"THE WORSE!!!! One star is better then they deserve. The office is always closed, can't seem to get in contact with anyone either on the phone or email. Hallways smell disgusting, roaches in the halls and apartments. Water leaks everywhere on ceiling and missing tiles. Really unsafe, charging fees for security and never once have seen them. The list goes on and on. The price is over priced for the equality of apartment, building, or parking. The office and gym are the only thing that look like the actual pictures."

"Hello I scheduled a tour by appointment. Upon arriving after a 30 minute drive from Littleton the leasing office was locked. There was multiple people standing outside waiting for assistance. After knocking on the door employees inside made eye contact, but would not answer the door. After another resident came to the door and knocked they finally answered. After telling them I have an appointment scheduled they said they aren’t doing tours today they have company training. Will not be coming back."

"I lived here for 3 years and it was an upgrade from where I came at first. I tried to transfer to a 2 bed months in advance and the office kept telling me that they had one available for my move in date. I kept goin back to make sure everything was ready. I had all my stuff packed and ready to move out and on the day of move out they tell me that they have nothing available and the tenant from the apartment I was supposed to get refuses to leave. All of this dumped on me on the same day Im suppose to move in! I had 3 days to find a new place and thankfully I did. On the last day I went to take the keys and the office was not even open even though it was a saturday at 2pm. It says on their website they are open till 5pm and on their phone machine till 6pm. This place is very unprofessional and they do not know how to run a business. Please dont fall for the prices, this place is not worth it! BTW I lived here for 3 years and always payed my rent on time, even when they fumigate which is often id have all my stuff out of the cabinets everytime. Being a good tenant means nothing to them."

"I would not recommend considering this place for your new residence. I have been at a few places and even got a chance to work with housing providers and it has made me appreciate the people that actually care about providing people with safe and clean housing. The people working here and the management does not care about their residents and they will do as much as they can to squeeze every single penny out of you. I have attached photos of units they consider "ready for move in". When you bring up the condition of the way the unit was upon move in they use blanket statements such as "it's ready, there's just a few small things" as they invalidate how you feel towards the unit. Work order would be placed and never addressed or looked at. I have made multiple attempts to get the work orders I placed get addressed but they were never addressed and then the portal would mark the work order as completed when it was never even looked at. They have this issue with work orders not being addressed or looked at and as of December they will be charging residents $10 per office or phone call work orders, coming into the office asking how much your rent is and also for paying with cashiers check. Some residents do not speak english so it's already hard to communicate their needs but to charge them $10 for the leasing agents to help them with these issues is unethical, the residents probably wouldn't be requesting for help for these things if there wasn't constant issues with the work orders never getting worked on and other issues along with residing at this property. Overall, the reviews are what they are for a reason, I am not the only person that has had this experience and I am sure that I will not be the last. Please be cautious."

"Been here two years. Not a single day goes by where I think about what a cesspool this place is. Bedbugs, cockroaches, rodents, mold, mildew, broken ceilings, leaking pipes, garbage and smoking in the hallways, children screaming and running amok inside the halls. I watched a resident add so much detergent to a washer that it broke and began leaking. This place is the most disgusting complex I have ever seen. I’ve been followed across the parking lot by strange people and there’s a creepy man who hangs out by the dumpsters at night. I’ve heard gunshots and my vehicle has dents and scratches from other residents. The owners should be embarrassed by the state of this place."
