"This place was safe and convenient to live in, especially since they opened the new grocery store. However, it was really annoying how many times we had to evacuate from the fire alarm going off, the garage door being worked on, and how long the hot tub was broken. My biggest annoyance was people allowing their dogs to poop in the hallways, and all over the front areas without picking it up."

"My husband and I have lived here for over 2.5 years in different units as our needs for space have changed over the years. The staff here has gone through some changes, but since the first day we moved in staff and management have made it a priority to always try to make changes and support their residents. The package situation and parking garage have improved greatly in accessibility and safety. The amenities are so nice and they have started to host most regular events for residents which have been super fun, especially their pool parties. Will is such a delight and has always answered our questions and assisted with problems in a kind and professional way. The maintenance staff is outstanding! They are so quick and on top of every work order. They seriously go above and beyond to improve your safety and comfort. The additional businesses are also such a nice perk of living here. Of course there are some issues related to living in any apartment - noisy neighbors or pet waste in unfortunate areas. But again, the staff do everything they can to try to handle it. As an interracial couple, we have always felt respected by the staff and as long as we communicate our needs, they are handled."

"I've been living at Encore for years & I really enjoy it. Encore has made some major improvements over the years with things like parking, package delivery & safety! I can always count on the maintenance team with my requests. The Leasing Office is always very helpful & knowledgable anytime I have a question or concern (thank you Cass & Will!!). I really feel a sense of community here, I love that Encore makes a huge effort with resident events - we had a spa night last month & a concert this month! It is a beautiful property, the amenities are luxurious! I love that I can walk my dogs to the doggie spa and have friends over to enjoy the view on the sky deck. The cherry on top is the prime location with all the businesses nearby."

"Stayed here for a little over a year. Didn’t have any complaints till the last month of the lease. Once we gave our notice ironically, my car got broken into the night of hmmm. lucky, nothing serious was taken. Posted it on the app that they have you sign up for to pay rent and report maintenance issues.. ETC. and management took it down. I got a call from management asking me what happened, I explained what happened and filed a police report. Heard nothing back from the office about how they were going to handle the situation or at least improve security on the property. The amenities (mostly the hot tub) seemed to ALWAYS be broken or down. Rent was outrageous for what the place is. But! They have a new market opening and have a bunch of businesses within walking distance, a bar/ restaurant now! And a really nice park where you can take your kiddos or dogs to for a walk. Overall, if I had a do over, I would have done more research before staying here but if you do, try not to get the app and don’t park in the parking garage!"

"I’ll start this review by saying not to take some of the recent “bad” reviews as truth. I just moved out of here after staying little over a year and I absolutely loved it! I would say it’s greatest aspect is the walkability that I’m definitely missing a little bit at my new place. You have essentially everything you could want in walkable distance, multiple grocery stores, multiple fast food places, brewery, haircut, yoga, doctors and more all across the street (and much more just a few blocks). It also has parks very close to it which I loved to take walks around. I thought that the building overall was very nice and up-kept well. One con would be sometimes it takes a little longer than would like fixing amenities but seemed to be better on that as time went on living there and making the right steps to decrease the down time for those. But the heated year round pool and hot-tub was awesome, as well as gym and game room. The units themselves had nothing to complain about, some people have mentioned hearing others through walls but I didn’t have that issue at all. All the appliances were pretty new and worked great. And having the parking garage was amazing during winter time and in general not having to walk up stairs/use elevator every-time come and go. I would have loved to have stayed here longer but just couldn’t afford the price increase from a 1 to 2 bedroom. Everyone in the office is very nice and took any problems I had to heart and would always help out fast. Would highly recommend living here to anyone that can afford it:)"
