"Shout out to the receptionist who gave me the best experience from someone at a renting office I've had before Lexi Cadwallader. She made it easy and comprehensive enough for a first time renter like myself. This is a great community."

"What a relief! So far I've had a phenomenal, seamless experience. Lexie handled everything with with professionalism and has such a sunny personality. She made my day without even knowing it. The apartments are so nice and spacious. Happy to be a living here!"

"Do not live here if you want to be price gouged out of your home. I have been a resident at this apartment community for almost 4 years now, having always signed 12-month leases (the standard). However, when time for our renewal offer came around this year, they are telling me that if I want resign for a 12-month lease my rent is going to be $1000 per month more than what I am currently playing. Word for word their explanation on why the 12-month lease would be a $1000 increase: "The 12 month is high because we already have a high number of leases expiring during that time so it not an ideal month for us to accept any new renewals." Basically, it's not a good time for their business so they will price gouge you or force your hand into signing a longer lease. This is how they treat a resident of 4 years. There is no loyalty to them & their residents. Not to mention they have recently removed amenities & still want to charge more for rent. Explain how that makes sense. Stay away. Also most the 5-star reviews you see here are from people who just toured. Go look at the ones from actual residents. Big difference in ratings. One of the 5-star reviews is actually from their current manager on site; that is against Google review rules.. ** Update - emailed the manager as requested by their comment. They continue to be adamant there is nothing they can do as all decisions come from the owner (Greystar) & the office has no power to help. Avoid any Greystar community. The review by Brittany below is their community manager. Do not trust these 5 star reviews."

"Apartments decent if you have a new one, but they nickle and dime you and mess up your bill often. Very old and cheap appliances. Gate doesn't always open for your deliveries which is extremely annoying. Staff in office are polite but not helpful. You have to pay for parking but can rarely ever get a spot in front of your building. There is a class action law suit right now against Greystar the property management company for the ridiculous added fees. Maintenance is great, grounds keeper is great. Valet trash inconsistent."

"Update: 1 month later and though some things have been addressed, new things continue to pop up. All the reviews about additional charges not listed up front are correct as well. Also, the trash fee which Lexi told me on my tour was only charged if you put trash outside the door was incorrect and is pulled for everyone in the complex ($30). When I explained I was told different on the tour she said I was misinformed, and when I explained she was the one who did my tour I got silence. For me the problem isn't that things keep popping up, the problem is how they handle it so poorly. Intercom code hasn't worked since I moved in but they told me for a month it was until I emailed them (and had to follow up after no response for days). I was finally told that it was broken and would be fixed soon. Back gate still doesn't work either. There are some positive like, I like my neighbors and the maintenance team and the actual main property manager (don't recall her name), but that's really it. Also, not sure what the comment is about, management is already aware of all this through our emails. I wasn't going to write a review, but this is perhaps the worst experience I've had renting a unit thus far. Took a month before they could send me a lease (in emails, they kept saying just sign in or use the registration key). The registration said invalid and there was nothing to sign in rentcafe (which they insisted). The unit smells like URINE. EVEN Lexi acknowledged it smelled bad when she showed me to my unit move in day and suggested febreeze). They said a carpet cleaner was coming out soon - tbd. There was red paint on the ceiling in streaks and on the carpet where it meets the wall and urine stains on the carpet dining area. The final straw that made me write a review was someone (with a key) tried coming into my unit today without knocking. Once I opened the door he asked if my unit was painted yesterday and that he was with the leasing company and when I said no he just walked off.... no apology for trying to enter my unit or for the confusion and not explaining anything. Also, make sure you read all documents they send over, as, mine had some incorrect info (ParkM stated wrong complex, dates in lease, keys (mine said 2 keys but they informed me only 1 and I would have been responsible for 2 keys had that not ben fixed at end of lease)). Back gate is not working and as of Monday, neither was my code to buzz someone into the gate. I will update my review in a month and hopefully things are going smoother...."
