"I like the apartments and location, building is unique, and staff are very friendly. No place is perfect, but to me the main flaw with this complex is the emergency alarms that go off randomly. This can happen multiple times a week or go weeks without it, sometimes early at 7AM, sometimes 10PM (like right now) The A/C is still not enabled currently. Management first said it will be fixed mid-May, then by end of June, now by end of July. I would rate the place higher, but being without A/C for months isn't fun. They eventually fixed the A/C. Update 08/28/23: apartment has been delaying my lease renewal for months, now they send a notice about a late fee and want to evict me. I'm in an income restricted unit, and they raised the rent because my lease isn't renewed, because the office won't contact me to renew it as they don't have any manager to handle these. I called you today, nobody answered, I left a voicemail. Furthermore, I emailed through the site too, and to Rose Community Management. I will update this review until the issue is resolved. I'm very disappointed. They contacted me the next day and we're finally getting this resolved. Update 10/07/2023: The annoying emergency alarms are STILL an ongoing problem and went off today around 5:30PM. If you move here, get used to hearing this over and over: ATTENTION, ATTENTION PLEASE! THERE HAS BEEN AN EMERGENCY REPORTED IN THE BUILDING. LEAVE THE BUILDING IMMEDIATELY USING MARKED STAIRWAYS AND EXITS. DO NOT USE ELEVATORS, REPEAT, DO NOT USE ELEVATORS."

"If you value your sanity please DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am disabled and they put me through so much stress. It was awful! I'm so glad I left this place. They don't deal with excessively loud problem people and people with substance abuse causing issues, they sent erroneous and intimidating notices that I didn't pay when I did pay and have government receipts with a governmental payee that verified several times they were paid on time every single time. They 'misplace' the checks every time and fail to deal with sketchy people that use and deal drugs in the building. Even after leaving this place I had to seek legal aid and battle as several months later over the holidays they gave all my personal information to some sketchy third party agency over an erroneous alleged debt which even the agency said it was wrong and the apartment lied to people. The local Post Office even got upset with them and came down on them as when I was there they had their mailboxes broken and wide open for several months. They charge an insanely hefty price for the deposit which you will never get back. They are money grubbing corrupt slumlords of the worst kind and I would not wish this place and the unneeded stress on my worst enemy!"

"This property has not had heat or air conditioning for months. There is a class action lawsuit in the works because they are taking advantage or the residents; many of which have disabilities. The pool has not been open all summer, in May they overchaged everyone for water and still have not done anything about it or refunded for it. Be very wairy if thinking about renting here, I want to stay but cannot think about renting at a place that does not offer these basic amenities. Oh and they are telling us that AC is "an amenity" not required. Absolute joke."

"I need to revise my review! I was angry after talking to other tenants. Re a/c they are working on it. Re washer dryer, I believe it's a brand new washer and I just need to figure out how to use it. I wish I had NEVER wrote all of the above when I was angry! Adonia has worked very hard to get us in & the apartment is VERY NICE. Again, I'm sorry I wrote the bad stuff above!!"
