"I’ve been here 13 months, I’ll say when it first open it was great but as the months past on this place became a dump. Loud disrespectful neighbors who don’t care about other people peace, my girls car getting broken into more then 6 times, trash shooters always full and disgusting. Parking is 75 and free parking on the street but for some reason people tend save the public parking as well and never move there car’s Only good thing I can say maintenance is really helpful that’s it! Not recommended here at all."

"Pros: 1) staff and amenities are nice 2) location is good Cons: 1) the exterior doors are ALWAYS broken and it takes months to fix 2) the package system is honestly ridiculous. I've lived in many apartments before in good and bad areas, in the city and in the suburbs and I've never had the issues that I've had here. Currently, there are 4 different places packages could be delivered - the package concierge (which breaks constantly and often doesnt give you a code so you can't get your package without going to the leasing office during office hours), the Amazon lockers, the letter room, or just randomly around the complex because the delivery driver had no idea where to put it. I've had packages just not delivered or stolen. If they do make here safely then it's a hassle to get them 3) parking is awful. Not safe at all. Many cars have been broken into. 4) when they do routine maintenance they give you a broad (couple days) and vague time of when it might happen. No specifics. For what I'm paying (which is a lot) the pros don't outway the cons for me. I won't be re-newing"

"I was one of the first residents, if not the first. It has been a wonderful experience watching the community grow. The staff (Seth,Jake & Nick) are absolutely amazing and very help! Big shout to Chad (maintenance) for always being on top of things! The renewal rate was super great as well, so keep that in mind with this economy. I definitely would’ve renewed if I was staying within the state. The apartment is also in walking distance of the Stanley Market which is wonderful. You’re able to grab food and drinks (alcohol) with out needing a DD or Uber. My only con with this apartment would be parking."

"Been here for a few months so heres the rundown: Leasing staff and Chad are top tier. They're extremely helpful and friendly. The amenities are fantastic as well - but you do pay for everything extra so utilities are on the higher end (you get what you pay for though). Parking is fine - a bit expensive - but unlike others on here, I haven't seen nor had issues with the towing. From what I've heard its actually pretty relaxed and some people with paid spots waited months to have cars towed that were parking in their spot. Its also very secure in the parking lot. That said, theres only two things that annoy me: 1) The garbage valet service is a scam, you pay 35 bucks a month for the equivalent of someone walking 100 feet a few times a month for you. I still haven't figured out how they want recycling either, I've put it in bags in the can, bags out of the can, in the can without bags, and they never take it. I'm not sure if that means they don't take recycling? Annoying either way. 2) 99% of residents are fantastic and kind people, but a few ruin it for the rest. Packages have been stolen (but the leasing office has been fantastic at combating that), people leave cans in the elevator behind the protective curtain, one person yelled at me for walking by their car thinking I was going to break in but my dog was just walking circles trying to pee. Again, you get this stuff anywhere, but should be noted. Overall though - fantastic place with a fantastic set of staff."
