"Take notice how the good reviews are all from the past 5 days. This company is terrible. There's constant fighting in the halls and cops here all the time. The building is unsecured so people wonder in and literally deficate in the hallways. There are roachs, bedbugs and mice. They don't don't maintenance. It's barely above a trap house."
"I have been living here for the past 5 months and I love it! The units are remodeled and super cute! I moved here from California and Ryan really helped me find a place that was not only a great fit for me, but for my daughter as well! I currently work from home and have no issues with noise at all. My neighbors are respectful & courteous. The building is well maintained, there is a cleaning crew that comes once a week to clean our hallways. Overall, I like it here!"
