"I’m a new resident at Overture, and as such, my experience here has been nothing short of wonderful from the application process to the move in and now getting to know other residents. Any problem we had were immediately addressed by Chamine, Sarah or maintenance. I have never lived anywhere where the staff has been so friendly and responsive. Both Chamine and Sarah interact freely with the residents and make us feel like one big family. I moved from an apartment where there was no interaction with management and no sense of community within the place. This is just what I wanted. I’m only sorry I didn’t know about this place several years ago."

"Overture Central Park is the best place to live. I’ve lived here for 7 years and it’s the best decision I could have ever made. We have the very best Manager without a doubt. She always goes above and beyond to make her residents happy. If any Overture Central Park Resident is bored living here it’s their own fault. We have weekly mix and mingles, daily cards, ping pong, bingo, mahjong, monthly birthday parties, grab & go breakfast Monday-Friday, wind down Wednesdays and I’m sure I’ve left out many other activities. I must remember that we. also have the best Leasing Agent in the Overture Central Park Office. She is friendly, and always greets everyone with a smile, that’s why we keep our residents for years and fill any vacant apartments quickly. Additionally, our maintenance department is ready and willing to repair any residence’s work orders quickly and professionally. Also our Maintenance Chief is called on several times a week to repair maintenance problems at the other Overture Facilities. Overture Central Park should win any awards and contest without a doubt. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live."

They really care about us and do all they can to be helpfuul to us-when things break, they fix them as quickly as possible and are always friendly and nice! When a pipe breaks or there is an unexpected leak, they try to get things fixed as quickly as possible and always apologizing to us for the inconvenience!"
