"The maintenance crew here is absolutely top notch! They are super responsive to requests and always so polite. Robert absolutely saved our summer by fixing up our AC so quickly. 2024 Update: The building appears to be hitting critical mass and we’ve had several floods in the past few months. Maybe the AC was just the canary in the coal mines…"
"My experience at IMT at City Park has been really great so far! Move in was seamless. Nicole is so sweet, helpful, and always responsive to any questions. My only suggestion for improvement is the maintenance process. There isn’t any notification on when maintenance opens your request or when they are planning on fixing it. It’s also a little inconsistent on how long it takes requests to be completed. My experience has been anywhere between the next day or weeks until someone fixes it. Overall, amazing location, clean building, great parking options, and there are always community events to get involved in!"
"Building looks nice enough. Signed up a tour and found the rate increase $100 in 1 day. Then the leasing agent tried to bait and switch me. Will not pursue this any further as I do not appreciate the way this building does business"
