"Horrible management, unfair treatment of tenants, particularly as it relates to security deposits."
"Don’t move here. The place was a dump when I moved in, the place had been smoked in for decades and the walls were yellow, odd gunk splattered all over the walls. I scrubbed the place head to toe myself to make it live-able and upon living in it only to find there were roaches, as well as my roof leaking and they drained the water then just left my roof with a sagging hole and a bucket for the rest of my lease. My downstairs neighbors window was broke in during living here. I left the place in FAR better condition than it was rented to me in and Christian had the audacity to point out what wasn’t left spotless, and would not return my security deposit. Even when I asked if I cleaned what he pointed out if he would give it back- I was not told yes. They even are raising the rent for this dump now that I’m moving out, it’s an absolute scam."
