"Me and my husband lived here for 3 years and can tell you that this place is amazing! Starting from spacious apartments, to great amenities and very helpful staff. The property is well taken care and they consistently updating areas and making sure it’s in best conditions. The maintenance team is very consistent, and any working order you put in will be resolved within day or two. This community is very dog friendly and has great options of parks and walks around the building. Besides that, they throw monthly events that are so well put together and let you try something new every time. Thank you to the manager Chris, Jessica and others for making Broadstone on 9th truly feel like home!"

"I love the apartment life events, that’s what is most exciting about these apartments. Great community and a dog run for my pup. Some areas could use better attention when it comes to clean up, but other than that a solid place to live."

"There will always be issues with anywhere that you live. My experience, the staff is great, maintenance personnel is friendly, quick to respond and do the best that they can with what they have been given. The development folks that built this place? Thumbs down. I would give three thumbs down if I could. Alas, I only have two. The place is quite nice, but many shortcuts were taken, and shoddy construction is abound. Having spent a good portion of my professional life in the business of construction, in several different trades, I can attest to that. I give all of the love to the folks that keep this place running. They are doing the best that they can in my opinion!"

"It’s only been two months since we moved in but we love it here so far for the most part. It’s like living at a resort. The leasing staff is so nice and helpful, the grounds are well maintained and our unit is perfect for us. Huge open floor plan and walk in closets. Our move-in experience wasn’t exactly seamless so that would be my one complaint. Jason’s key fob didn’t work at the gate on Clermont and there is no loading zone at the gate for residents near the ramp inside, just meter parking and the only open space was at the end of the street far away from the gate. It would have been nice if the developer had arranged to have at least one spot for residents moving in and out on that side of building 3. Otherwise I can see is staying here a few years. You can’t beat the location, either."
