"LOVE this community! The office and maintenance teams are so friendly and helpful. The hallways and sidewalks are always clean. My apartment is beautiful and super spacious. I've lived in a handful of neighborhoods and different types of apartments in Denver and this place has felt the best. You're also close to so many parks, restaurants, and cute shops. The energy is just all around great! Do yourself a favor and check this place out yall!!! :)"

"The apartment building is in a great location and has awesome amenities. The office staff Ashley, Lindsey and Bayley are incredibly friendly and responsive to our concerns. The community events, community spaces, and amenities make this place feel like more than just a home, it is a community!"

"The management turned off my ability to control my a/c. It has been running at over 80 degrees F and I was told to open up my windows to make it cooler. I called twice over the hot temperature. It’s gross to be unable to control the temperature in your unit."

"I've been here for about a year and a half now and there are definitely good things and bad things about Venue on 16th. The location is great from the standpoint that the access to City Park is amazing, the neighborhood is quiet, you have access to restaurants and shops on Colfax, and great access to downtown and 70. The apartments are modern and bright and the appliances are nice. Bailey at the front desk is super nice and the staff are generally nice. They hold free community events every month which is nice. That said, there are some major drawbacks. Cars are constantly getting broken into in the garage. Both my and my girlfriend's cars have been broken into and that's after I parked mine in a well lit and heavily tarfficked area. I've talked to a lot of residents who also had break in issues. One resident had their car stolen out of the garage. Do NOT leave valuables in your car. It feels like the builder skimped on some features. The garage gates are constantly breaking. The most recent episode has the main gate broken for 2 weeks. The hot tub is meh, they say it measures 104 but it doesn't feel like it. I don't like overly hot hot tubs and even I think it should be warmer. The video system in the gym that plays workouts hasn't worked in a couple of months. The fire alarm has gone off at least 5 times since we've been here, one time for 12 hours (fortunately not on our floor). The heating in the apartments is very inconsistent from room to room. There have been 2 water line breaks. Yes I get it was cold those nights. I also get that every year Denver gets 1 or 2 deep freezes. Build with that in mind. The hot water has been shut off several times for repairs to the boiler and hot water systems. The trash and recycling pickup is inconsistent and often the trash chutes are backed up to the point where you can't put waste in them. Given that I live on the 3rd floor that's saying something. There are issues with dog poop in the hallways. They have strict rules about how many guests can use the amenities (no more than 2 at a time). Overall it's premium pricing for an inconsistent product. I don't understand the value prop here. WIthout the location there's no chance I would stay. Even with that we're thinking about moving at the end of our lease, as much as I hate moving. Overall not terrible but kinda disappointing."
