"If they have a zero reviews for this apartment it would be better for the worst experienced we’ve got for the leasing people who assisted us. Ms madeline haslett insisted that we are not qualified for the unit #201 we applied coz we exceed our limit income. And we called the head office saying that they don’t have policy like that . And some people applied here and not qualified for not making 90k per year and i don’t get it . This place never said it’s affordable and the contract stated that you make atleast 2x to meet the requirements for lease policy. I just felt that people in leasing people in one river they don’t do best interest for the community but for thier self , coz i found out that the unit i applied is No longer available.. i ask a refund for almost 400$ fee that we paid me and my partner and they don’t answer my email and calls .. is that called professionalism? hope the owner will see this review and i can forward the email i got from leasing department that we not qualified for the unit coz our financial statement exceed.."
"They never answer their phone or reply to emails. I got denied because between me and my partner we make to much money. This place is a joke. Also a scam because there was no place that stated there is a max amount that can be earned."
"Prices are great. Still under construction. Looks like they added some pine trees (?) But not sure. This is a brilliant structure for Denver. As I was taking pictures there were several others taking photos too. I wonder who will manage the building. Perhaps inhouse."
