What a joke of a property management company. Especially Niki Doyle. She had all contact info to provide proper notice to the tenants and she did nothing. A year went by and nothing was reimbursed, recognized, dealt with or had any remorse or sympathy towards….4110 hale pkwy denver Colorado. Niki was a maintenance call dispatcher and suddenly becomes a senior property manager? Don’t trust Denver rental…they’ll promote anyone that has a pulse."

"Currently I am renting a unit that is managed by Denver Rental. The property manager that manages my unit is Jacob Sheets. Jacob has been incredibly kind, patient, and understanding during an extremely difficult 6 months this year. I have been here for almost four years with no issues. When things took a turn for the worst in April this year (2022) he quickly gave me some ideas on what I could do to act on what was happening, when he could have offered no help at all. I found that to be extremely kind, and was a little shocked (pleasantly!) at how understanding he was. He communicated back and forth with myself and the owner, with NO hesitation at any time, and was always responsive in a timely manner. He ensured that while I was doing what I needed to on my end, if there was something I needed on his end, it was done timely as well. While this has been a difficult time, he showed nothing but human compassion and kindness, that I think lacks by most these days. I’m sure his job is difficult, and often finds he has to make difficult decisions, or deliver difficult news. But I would guess that in doing so, he shows the same compassion, in in those times, making things a little easier to deal with. Had Jacob decided to not do any of what he did for me, things could have been much different than they are today. Thank you, Jacob for being who you are! I hope many others have the pleasure to work with you one day also!!"
