When there is a situation, Tony the maintenance man is not only quick to fix the situation but is also knowledgeable and friendly. The lady that cleans the building seems to be everywhere. With a smile and a pleasant greeting, she is always working. She obviously takes pride in keeping this place spotless."

Sherry is there anytime you need her and she goes above and beyond for the tenants. They both really care about this place and their tenants. The upkeep of the building is top notch, they are always one step ahead and quick to fix any issue you may have, although I haven't had many because it's so well maintained. The space and location you get for the price is a steal, don't pass up the opportunity to live here!!"

"I was shown this place 2 weeks ago and honestly for the price I thought it was a great deal. My roommate however didn't like the apartment or the landlord. So we began looking for another place while we waited to hear back from Max on our application. Max never called over the next 2 weeks so I finally called him back and he was extremely rude on the phone and refused to work with me on the deposit. I knew the deposit was non-refundable but I figured the lack of communication and professionalism justified at least some of the deposit back."
