"This is a great apartment building. Best of the 4 towers. Management is strict in terms of leasing rules so it is well maintained and also the people are good here. The west facing apartments have a great view of the mountains."

"Lana is UNPROFESSIONAL! She doesn't know what she is doing. Maybe she DISCRIMINATES against certain people. I am a DU graduate student trying to stay at tabor house. Lana asked for my letter of acceptance, I brought it and she said it's not signed she will need one that's signed. Finally brought one signed, then she said the letter is old, because I was accepted back in fall 2021. I was like that's why I showed you student ID and asked you if you needed to see my next quarter classes schedule. She said no, she doesn't need the schedule, but she needs the letter of acceptance. After rejecting the signed letter of acceptance, now she talking about wanting the schedule. I was lost! Then she didn't even take her time to look at my pay stubs, she didn't even ask about my wife's income. She just said, you can't qualify. Wow! She previously asked for our marriage certificate, honestly. I am like why she needs it? But anyway I provided that. Lana is UNPROFESSIONAL and wastes your time for no reason. I wonder why she's still there honestly. I read every comments about her service and it turned out to be true. She doesn't know what she is doing at all or she just prefers certain types of tenants. Sadly she ain't even from the USA but she DISCRIMINATES. I guess, you don't have to be from the USA to discriminate. The owner of the building should do something about this. She is unprofessional, judgmental, disrespectful and discriminates. She focused on my admission letter like if in order to be a tenant you must be a student. AND I have all the proof she needed to see. HORRIBLE service overall!"

"The only reason I won’t recommend anyone this place is due to the behavior of the manager. Before visiting the place, I read the review from other people which was not good. All the review was mainly related to the unprofessionalism of the manger. After meeting her, all the reviews seems to make sense. She was very unprofessional. I don’t understand after so many bad reviews why is the owner of the properties are doing nothing anything to improve it. This definitely shows that its not a good place to stay. Let me explain why I am saying so. I went to the apartment to meet Lana. We had a talk. Before starting the talk about the apartment or the availability she was asking such a weird question such as do you work, how much do you make and so on. I can understand these are the important thing but the way she asked was not good. After talking to her, we decided to meet a week from that day because she promised to show me the apartment because it was not read at that time. After a week, when I was there, she said she was busy and could show the place today. I feel like she didn’t know what appointment means. After that she rescheduled the visit for another day. And she took my name and contact information(By the way she was doing this every time I visit, as if she had no Idea that she knew anything about me). The last visit: I called her before I went to visit her. On the call, She again said that she was busy. And I felt like what is wrong with her. She did had any idea about the time management. I was so unhappy and she could feel it. Then she said, I will manage some time later in the same day. I was okay with it and then I went later in the same day. The same thing happened. After I went there, she said she was busy, ask me to give my name and phone no(this was third time). As soon as she said she was busy. I was unhappy and said no worries and left the place. So, as a conclusion, I haven’t lived there in the apartment so I can’t review about the apartment. However, the manager and the management seems to be horrible."

"The Manager of this building her name Lana shouldn’t be in business, i went to rent an apartment there and they and they wont approve me saying that my income very low and i have great credit score and never been late on any payments in my life. It seems like the management are selective about who is staying there or not . The manger herself told me we have to turndown many applications, but why nobody seems to know why!! Dont waste your money and time fond another place."

"I was very excited to move into this apartment building until I met the landlord lady Lana. She was very unprofessional with her tone and sounded annoyed that she had to answer my questions about the apartments. She rushed me out after answering just a few of my questions. I have never paid rent late, I have an amazing credit score, and I own my own company. There was no reason to be treated like that when moving in. I do not recommend moving in here unless something is done about this lady!"
