"I Knew This Was The Place For Me Right From The Beginning Stages Because Everything Went Smooth… All The Way From My First Phone Call… To The Move-In. I Worked Mostly With Ms Destina Valencia as Assistant Community Manager and Ms Noel Bartlett as a Leasing Team Member. I Also Had The Opportunity of Working With The Community Manager and All Of Them Made Everything Come Together To Make This A Smooth Transition. I Even Had The Opportunity To Speak With Mr Patrick Link and Tim Williams As Specialized Maintenance Team Members and I Learned Some Valuable Information About The Hot Tub… “The Reason Why The Hot Tub Is Not As Hot As You Expect It To Be?!. Is Because When Residents Turn It On… It Is Only Supposed To Be Set At 12 and Timed…. Not Turned All The Way Up and Left Unattended!?.” They Said It Is Taking Water From The Top To Bottom Continuously and Not Giving The Water A Chance To Warm Up Before Circulating From Top To Bottom!?. Makes Sense To Me and I Just Wanted To Pass That Along Because I Was Unaware and Thought There Might Be Others. So, See Having A Strong Team To Set The Foundation Makes A Huge Impact and Difference… Not Only That They Are Very Communicative, Respond Quickly and Are Easy To Get a Hold Of… We All Know How Important That Is In Any Situation… They Make You Feel Welcomed… Safe and Secure Knowing You Will Be Heard. To Top It Off What 24Fifty Has To Offer Is Amazing!?. You Have To Come and See For Yourself!?. The Units Are Very Spacious, Quiet and @ an Affordable Price. What Sealed The Deal Was Having A Washer and Dryer. I Could Go On and On About How Awesome 24Fifty Is But I Suggest You Just Going Through The Process Because I Do Not Want To Steal This Opportunity From You… Trust Me and Come and See For Yourself. 100/100"

"Destina and the leasing agents are incredibly professional and helpful during signing process. Place is super clean and amenities are phenomenal for the cost of rent. If you are worried about partying in a college town then that’s your fault for moving next to DU. Also, if you don’t lock your car, that’s also on you. I love this place and so do my two dogs. Free coffee is YUGE"

"I see a lot of negative review on here that i really can’t relate too. The staff is very kind we’re super helpful with move ins and really fun to talk to. Every time I put in a maintenance request it’s done within 24 hours. The amenities are great just sometimes the hot tub can be cooler than people want but other than that I love this place. There’s a pool table, solid apartment gym, and an indoor lap pool. Sound doesn’t travel between units at all (unless someone is putting together a dresser or something). Overall a great experience!"

"DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING. One star is too many on this review. To say my experience here has been a nightmare is an understatement. The inconveniences I've faced while living here have been nothing short of astronomical, especially when considering the cost of renting. In the 11 months I've endured, I've encountered a laundry list of problems that make this place entirely unpleasant and unlivable. The maintenance of this building is an absolute joke. Basic amenities are often unavailable. It's unbelievable you get to pay such a premium for a place where you can't even enjoy basic comfort. The elevators, and garage doors are in a constant state of disrepair, either out of service or, at best, only one of them is functioning. Doors within my unit and throughout the building consistently fail to open or close properly, flagrantly breaking ADA and other building codes. The list of issues goes on and on, the dishwasher often trips the breaker due to shoddy manufacturing. My new car was towed from the parking garage while I was away on vacation. My patio door has been broken since before move in, and now for the entirety of my lease, and countless promises of repair have amounted to nothing. What's even more shocking is the blatant disregard for tenant security. On three separate occasions, I returned home to find my front door completely unlocked due to maintenance's inability to lock up after themselves after a required building repair. The security of the building is laughable at best. Break-ins happen frequently, and the sense of safety is virtually non-existent. This level of incompetence is simply unacceptable. All these problems, and the so-called "we will take care of it" responses from management are nothing but empty words. Paying the full lease amount on time while enduring these hardships should warrant some form of compensation or at least an earnest effort to improve the living conditions. Unfortunately, management at this building consistently fails to take care of their tenants. I strongly discourage anyone consider moving here. The stress, inconveniences, and poor treatment from staff are not worth the exorbitant rent you'll be paying. Save yourself the trouble and find a place where you'll actually get what you're paying for."
