"This was a place I had called my home for so many years during COVID and my wild college experience. The friends, roommates, and the members of management will forever be in my heart. I met my best friend Dustin who is awesome! You'll see him rolling around talking to everyone. He truly is a spirit from above, and for that I am grateful to have experienced. Colab apartments is also right across the street from the University and is amazing if you don't want to deal with downtown. The pool is decent, and the fact that the A.C. and heater work and never have problems was a bonus especially with these above average temperatures. Christon, is an amazing at his job and has completely transformed this community. He truly embodies the spirit of Colab, and helping his community. If you are in between the Auraria Student Lofts and Colab Apartments I would highly recommend looking both my reviews for Colab and ASL and let them speak for themselves."

"Went on a tour today with Maddie. She was great and made sure to cover everything I needed to know. The apartment I toured was very clean and smelled amazing. The building itself is filled with so many amenities and events and is very reasonably priced considering location etc. I even got some complimentary snacks while touring. I can’t wait to move in here!"
