"The Hartley Flats is a great place to live. It's in the perfect location, has great floor plans (I've lived in both a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom) and most importantly is very well run. A special shoutout to both Chris and Mark. Chris is always very quick to respond to questions or concerns and makes sure that any/every issue is addressed quickly and effectively. Mark and team are an impressive maintenance team. Mark makes sure to fix the issue quickly and answers any of my questions I have. I'd highly recommend this apartment building."

The management/maintenance/cleaning crew continues to maintain the grounds/amenities daily which makes it a very pleasant living environment. It’s clean, beautiful and safe! Chris Gamble and the team are the best in the biz. Chris has been my go-to guy with any requests/issues and he is incredibly professional, responsive and always so helpful."

"Hartley Flats has been great so far! I moved in when the office was closed, and they worked around my schedule completely. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. The apartments are up-to-date, clean, and modern. The whole process has been great! They have this cool system where you can unlock the building door from your phone and let guests or package delivery into the building. Amenities are nice! Staff is super friendly."

"We lived at Hartley Flats with our 1-year old son for six months. The neighborhood is very loud and not necessarily child-friendly (few sidewalks for strollers, etc.), but we enjoyed our time there. PROS: The apartments are clean, spacious and updated. Complex itself was pretty quiet during our time there. The community room, business center and gym were always well-maintained. The maintenance staff is very quick and kind. Proximity to bars and restaurants in RiNo is unbeatable. Hallways and stairwells smell fresh and clean. The pool was really nice. Office holds packages for you. Security patrol. Our unit had a great view of the city. CONS: Disorganized bookkeeping and front office. Jeremy was a great property manager but it seemed like the rest of the front office staff had no idea what was going on - ever. Their parking situation is a total mess - nobody knows who is or isn't paying for a spot and we had our car towed one morning despite the fact we had been paying for a spot for months. This was a huge inconvenience to our family and although the situation was resolved, we never felt they did anything to make up for the inconvenience. The pool was closed about 3 times in our 6 months there due to broken glass. Hidden fees when paying rent or water/trash via credit card. Coffee in community room tastes like soap. TRAFFIC during Rockies games is TERRIBLE - so terrible. Recommendation for Hartley Flats: Provide better training for your staff especially when it comes to signing new leases and on-boarding."
