"Would highly not recommend living here. To start, the hallways are disgusting and never cleaned. My unit got bed bugs and took 6 months of treatment to find out they were still there. They handled the entire termination & move out horribly charging me extra for the mattress I left there (with beg bugs)… definitely ask for a bed bug report upon move in. The customer service throughout the process was horrible. Look elsewhere!"

"I moved into Camden Rino just over two weeks ago and must say it has been the best experience I've ever had with a new apartment! Both Art and Jacob go above and beyond for every little thing you could ask for from before you move in to just help with small questions here and there. They are extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is second to none and amenities are great, everything is spotless, gym has everything you need and the apartment exceeded our expectations. I truly can't fault this apartment complex!"

"I have lived here for 2 years, moving out to the suburbs at the end of this month. The building has been fantastic. Front office staff is amazing, they are super helpful and on top of any problems that arise. One of the only buildings in Denver that has a lap pool which is a huge plus - it opens early and its heated so you can swim in the winter. The gym is high quality but the fact that its across the street from Movement Rino is another huge plus. On that note, the location is ideal. You are in walking distance to so many great restaurants, food trucks, bars etc etc. I mainly worked with Jacob in the front office and he has been so fantastic. Always transparent, always fast to resolve any problems. No apartment building is ever going to be perfect but Camden is a great place to live and I recommend it."

The office & maintenance staff have been so helpful & attentive, addressing any problems & questions quickly when they've arisen. The complex itself is beautiful, modern, & very clean! Neighbors are considerate & welcoming! Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to live in RiNo!"

The building itself is a quality build (not those fake-nice apartment types), is well maintained, has excellent amenities, and the staff is able to address concerns in a timely manner.
