"I’ve been living here for about four months, at first everything was great but things have recently started to go downhill. They charge additional fees that are not disclosed when touring the apartments, particularly a $30 month valet trash fee only for the hallways to smell disgusting from residents leaving trash cans out all day everyday. The front desk will apologize and say they will send a community email to address the issue, but after contacting them three times over the course of a month they still have not addressed the issue. The front desk admitted that trash cans are to be pulled in and yet they don’t do anything to enforce it. It’s frustrating to feel like you’re just complaining endlessly and yet nothing is done."

"We love living here. One of the best parts is the maintenance team. Kevin and Daniel consistently show up to meet our needs, whether it’s a toilet, light, fan or any other issue. Holiday or not, they show up to solve our problems with a smile on their face and always show they care."

"Daniel is the service manager here. I woke up to my heat not working this morning. Called at 810am. Got a call back from him in 5 minutes saying he’d be here shortly. Less than an hour and we are back in business. Super professional - what really hit me is that he needed to check a vent in the bedroom. He politely asked me if he could go into the room first. Now that is attentive to detail. Thanks Daniel!"

"We love living here! We moved here sight unseen from across the country and are very happy with the unit, amenities and the staff. Daniel has been amazing with fixing things so quickly and making sure everything in our apartment is working properly. Daulton in the leasing office/ front desk could not be nicer. Cold brew on tap is amazing (and they do a pretty good job of keeping it full). The hot tub is year round and super clean and the rooftop has great views. Overall we love it. There have been some neighborhood safety issues (as there are in most urban areas) , but Amli makes sure the building is secure and addresses all issues and takes concerns seriously."

"Daniel, the service manager was awesome. We had some issues with our hot water not being hot enough and our stove wasn’t staying at temp. He fixed both problems within 24 hours and got us a brand new oven. Can’t say enough about the staff here. Everything is maintained extremely well with care and detail. The service requests are handled quickly and the facilities are constantly being cleaned. I see team members cleaning the pool daily and make living here feel like living at a 5 star hotel. Appreciate Daniel and the team here."
