"It was horrible 7 years ago and now it's literal hell. Unless your other option is homelessness, keep looking. This building is horrible. The maintenance men are cool, other than that the staff is horrible, the building is built horribly, it's filthy, roaches, mice, and bed bugs in certain units, poop in the hallway every other day. Drug attics and homeless in the halls, packages get stolen, I could go on and on.... as their latest trick, they've decided to raise rent almost $500. Lmfao.... I would never. I am fortunately getting out of here, but I am just warning you, do not live here. Oh, and now we have had NO water for 3 days with no end in sight. I would also be very skeptical of the 5 star reviews that were ALL given 3 months ago. Run!"
"I am moving from out of state to the Denver area. I was looking for an apartment. I spoke with a lady named Kayla. She was a lot of help i greatly appreciate how nice and professional she was. They have great floor plans and is exactly what i am looking for. By far one of the my top picks on places i would like to live. Thank you so much!"
"The lady in the office. I believe her name was Kayla was amazing called in with a million questions. My lease is getting ready to go up And I don't wanna renew where I'm at. Kayla Was able to answer every question I had was very friendly and professional. After reading reviews, seeing how I've already been treated. I can't wait to sign my new lease."
"The maintenance team is amazing!!! Anytime I have ever had any issues in my apt the maintenance team has been amazing in fixing the issue quickly. Tom has been here the entire time and is always courteous and respectful. Nick is always happy to stop and talk with everyone between everything else he has to do. They have both helped do things for myself and other residents that are outside of their job requirements like moving a bed. If only every place I lived at had such a great team."
"First off want to thank Kayla for helping us out with making our move as easy as possible. The experience we have had so far since moving in has been a great one. With the events they be having from door decorating contest to free food by the office on certain days. The neighbors are great haven’t had an issue at all, the apartments are spacious and very nice. I would definitely recommend moving here ❤️ staff makes sure that their tenants are taken care of and that the facilty is well taken care of."
