"I have worked in this building going on four years. I have been living in the building for a year. I have experienced ups and downs in the building standard downs that come with living in high-rises such as elevators not working the occasional fire alarms maintenance issues etc.Those are issues that unfortunately, sometimes come with living in high-rise Buildings. I have lived in a few buildings where at any given time you would have only one elevator working for the entire building. Parq thankfully has four elevators throughout the building, so there’s never been a moment where all elevators have been completely down all at once. The new maintenance team has come through and done and amazing job Turing things around in the building. As someone who works and lives in the building, I would definitely recommend parq."
