"We’ve had a great experience since moving in here. We needed a place quickly and Anita was super helpful in getting us set up within 1 day. She was so kind and helpful with all of our questions since we didn’t have much apartment experience. Community wise everyone is super friendly and it’s a very pet friendly complex. There is a dog park close by and an overall it’s a great neighborhood to walk around in plus it’s a short walk to shops/places to eat on Tennyson. We have felt super safe here and the amenities have been fantastic. The building is also always super clean! Additionally Alex, the manager is always so quick to help if you have any issues and we just can’t express how great the staff is here!"

"I recently lived at the Alexan Julian and I am thrilled with my experience there. The friendly and responsive office staff, Anita Rodriguez and Myndi Ayotte, made my stay comfortable and stress-free. They were ALWAYS friendly and nice each time i walked out or reentered after walking my dog. The building regularly hosts events and happy hours to bring residents together, which is especially helpful for those who are new to the area. The amenities, such as the rooftop heated pool, hot tub, and gym room, are impeccably maintained by the professional cleaning and maintenance staff. I was so happy with my stay that I extended my lease twice just to enjoy the beautiful views, welcoming community, and top-notch amenities for a bit longer. The location of the Alexan Julian is perfect for those who want to be close to downtown, Lohi, 38th/Tennyson, and 32nd/Lowell areas, but also far enough away to avoid the crowds.
