Their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness have made every interaction a pleasure. Moreover, the maintenance team is unparalleled in their flexibility and promptness. They've seamlessly addressed any issues, even going out of their way to assist me during off-hours and weekends for non-emergency requests. "AMLI Broadway Park has been a lovely place to live. The leasing office staff routinely goes out of their way to ensure residents' concerns are addressed promptly if they arise. I have only had minor things come up and maintenance/facilities staff have addressed them within 30 minutes. Communication between the leasing office and residents is excellent (we receive notifications via email and pamphlets at our doors) and I have received follow up telephone calls whenever something unexpected happens that affects my apartment. The leasing office staff is especially attentive to my beloved dog, which makes me feel they are truly invested in the people who rent at AMLI Broadway Park. The neighborhood has its pros and cons. It is definitely "up and coming" so being aware of your surroundings is important as I am sure is true in any part of a city. Being in a new building that has ongoing construction also has its pros and cons though I have been grateful that the leasing staff has done what they can to help keep residents informed and keep disruptions as minimal as possible. Mary and Michelle are incredible and always welcoming!"

"The staff at AMLI was so helpful during my apartment hunting process. When I toured the property, Michelle, Madison and Mary were able provide me with great customer service. It was really important for me to find an apartment that was pet friendly with a close proximity to downtown, but what really sold me about this property was how close it was to the light rail. The move in process was super easy and stress free! I am so excited to make this place my new home!"
