"Common areas were cleaning 2x in a year so there's trash in hallways and stairs all the time. No to mention the elevator smells horrible. Be prepared to over pay for utilities, my bill doubled from the 3rd month in and never went down and mgmt basically said deal with it and never took any steps to investigate. Not a secure building either, constant package and bike thefts!"
"Clearly overcharging for utilities - how is it possible that a single person in a 520sq ft supposedly energy efficient apartment can use more than 660KWh in one month? Common electric $50 a month? For what? So happy that I moved out once the lease was over. Stay away."
