"My husband is moving to Denver for a short period of time for work and I was interested in living at Modera LoHi as it seems like an incredible place to live! Unfortunately, the shortest lease term that they offer is 6 months when we need 4 so it didn't work out but I have to say, Nick provided excellent customer service. He was super friendly, answered all of my questions, and even followed up to make sure I didn't have any outstanding questions. Since we were looking for something shorter term, he went out of his way to provide recommendations of other places to look at in the area. If we ever find ourselves in Denver for a longer period of time, I would love to live here."

"I've loved living at Modera LoHi. Great location, secure building, amazing amenities, and the staff really makes you feel at home - they know everyone by name and make themselves very accessible. If I ever have a minor maintenance issue it is fixed the same day. The other tenants are also great. I have a dog and the building and location are super dog friendly - Modera always makes sure to have a tin of milk bones in the lobby and it's walking distance from two great parks."
