"Allison review of this spot is right on.... Lived here for 14 months. Pretty much expect them to take at least $300 of your deposit. I spent hours deep cleaning and was still charged $130 as well as $150 for paint. I hated living here and I'm happy to be out of my lease. The day I moved out someone let their dog pee in the elevator and left it- supper common issue in this building. The location isn't in a great spot in Denver. The West Colfax area is terrible for crime and nothing is close or convenient, your gonna be driving to Lakewood or downtown to do anything. For the price you pay there are better located buildings. Maintenance is really great in the building and we're always supper helpful and friendly. The pool and patio area are intriguing but overall not worth it and are often crowded..... And the obvious, heavy foot/traffic during events at Mile High."

"Extremely suspicious activity from the leasing office regarding my package. They were intentionally hiding the package from me which I was constantly requesting and trying to figure out where they put it. Both front leasing agents denied knowledge about my package but then I found it behind them while I was talking to them and they acted very rude and suspicious. This apartment complex is notorious for missing packages and the management make it impossible to ask or request information."

"Not safe! Had a motorcycle stolen, general lack of security, no communication to residents and yet the one day we forgot to put our parking pass ($1200 a year!) we get towed! Run don't walk to another place - super expensive for a management that doesn't care except to take your overpriced rent!"

"UPDATE: issues with door have been solved and communication has improved. Management is in the process of turning it around. After 6 months I am lowering my review, the management of this property needs to start taking some action. Several issues continue to be persistent, the package room was broken into and quite a few items were stolen, the fire door remains jammed - definitely a potential safety hazard, it’s expensive for what you get ($2600 for a one bedroom and parking), there have been problems with the entrance gate (now it just stays open), looks like bike room thefts are now a thing, the ski storage room just never opened, there is still construction debris in the parking garage, my shower also started leaking down onto the floor below me!! I also booked an event in the common area and they double booked it using a third party booking service (so it wasn’t even booked out to a resident!!) It’s too bad because the property is nice and the apartments overall are also nice and energy efficient. I will give credit to the cleaners and maintenance, they do a good job of keeping the common spaces tidy and the amenities are still nice, however the building needs a management overhaul."
