"Megan and Raylynn are fantastic! They truly care about us as tenants. They are very responsive, friendly and available to help any time. Always willing to sit down and have a meeting regarding anything and put on programming to help tenants network. The apartments themselves are older and a work in progress and have some issues but the maintenance team is quite responsive and does what they can to fix any issues. The rooftop is the best part and the views are incredible. Location is really hard to beat as well. Building is safe as they use fobs to not only get in the building but also to use the elevator. I would say overall the place is definitely worth its value and a great place to live. Hope it continues to be so. Been here 3 months."

"Love living here with my husband. Great location, the two bedroom we have fits us perfectly and allows us to have an office. Also you can’t beat the view from the apartments higher up. Management is responsive to our needs and maintenance respond fairly quickly to tickets we submit."

"I have lived here since 2017. I have to say that the management team of Megan and Raylynn is absolutely the best team we’ve ever had. The views are amazing. I’ve read some of the reviews about the fire alarms and hot water. In the past, there have been a few issues, however, they are always resolved in a very expedient time frame. People can always find something negative about everything. I choose to focus on the positive. The elements at Sloan’s Lake is an awesome place to live. "The view is spectacular, but that’s the only good thing about this building. If you enjoy weekly water shut offs, bi monthly flooding, frequent fire alarm testing, and elevators that only work 1/2 of the time, this is the place to be! The management is some of the worst I’ve EVER dealt with. Need to get ahold of someone for any issue you’re experiencing? They’ll be too busy to deal with you for at least a week, mainly because they’re watching deal or no deal. Waiting weeks to hear back from Kristen regarding a renewal of lease was excruciating-especially considering the 40% increase in monthly rent price. Current and future tenants, I wish you the best of luck."
