Twin Fountains Apartments

"Just wanted to say that the management is absolutely HORRIBLE here. The manager is rude and is always gossiping with the woman who supposedly cleans; NEVER have I seen that woman actually do a good job at cleaning. She’s just in the hallways listening in on residents personal matters and then runs to the manager to gossip, they’re always in the office cooped up talking. Then there’s maintenance which is also horrible no one is fixing anything in the apartments. There are roaches everywhere, the mail boxes are being broken and people’s mail is being stolen, manager claims cameras will be installed soon but nothing has been done it’s been going on for months. Seriously these apartment owners need to fix their management and maintenance because it’s just not worth all that rent money."

"I just wanted to give my personal opinion for these apartments. I would really not recommend these apartments there is a lot of dogs and they make the hallways stink really bad the dog owners never pick up there dogs poop they just leave it including manager and her family members so she obviously won’t do nothing about that apart from that they let there dangerous dogs loose so it is not kid friendly . There is Bed bugs, cockroaches and rats and they never do nothing about it. When I go to the office the manager is never there. There is always people sleeping in the laundry area which is really dangerous. These apartments are way too pricy and then they supposedly “remodel” by putting paint all over everything. id put more comments but I would never finish All these things is the reason I moved! I just put one star so it would let me comment but I say 0 stars!!!"

"The new administration raised the rent a lot and they do not fix anything. The new person in the office is very rude. You cannot ask him anything because he answers in a very despotic manner. I do not recommend living in this place except for Sandra. I wish she could be on the floor. in this building since she is the only one who does help and treats people kindly and the other secretary needs to be taught how to treat the residents of the building because she is useless"

"Denver prices are high, but this place is more affordable. Still high but better than a lot of places. Staff are helpful and nice. Just wish they had the pool opened."

"Horrible management every time I go the manager is never in the office. He comes and goes whenever he wants to the hours of work says 9am to 5pm and he's usually there at 10am to 345pm what manager does that he doesn't listen he shrugs things off its really annoying."
