"Terrible complex. The fences are broken and collapsing, noisy tenants, out of control, feral kids running around shooting out windows (not kidding). Harassment of neighboring residents, including with noise and light trespass, trash and nuisance. The management have been repeatedly warned by the City, tenants and neighbors, yet still refuse to do anything. The City have said they will now be issuing fines and neighbors and tenants will be taking legal action."

"We did a 1 year trial run. Extremely disappointed. Expected better results from staff and residents.. We will tell you silent hours are between 6 AM till 10P. After 10 PM. It's a party come join... Personally we would Choice to be homeless.. our staff and production...Save your time and find places that are friendly. "Management has been nothing but helpful ,respectful and kind since we moved in ! I appreciate everything they have done to get me and my children in to our apartment. Maintenance is very nice and have gotten things fixed in a timely manner ."

"Attention....I know I read reviews for some truth, hopefully I could save a family from the frustration and overwhelming I am feeling. These apartments are suppose to be homes for tenants instead they're sweat boxes for the residents. The takes no responsibility for anything on their behalf. I mean they have great marketing skills, hell I signed a lease, but once I move hundreds of miles to I realized I was played. My experience was the best I could make it but no assistance whatsoever from the office. I really can't fault maintenance for all problems when there's only one of him. There so cheap with the units but have the nerve to spike the rent. Not only did the rent incline but they also opt out of any assistance programs the state has to offer, reason was because of the extra phone calls that are to be made when the truth is they gain more revenue by a resident behind on rent, the rears and collections."
