Notable Apartments

"Lived here for two years. I made a review before but I wanted to make another now since I moved out. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because its not about the leasing office staff (They are great) or really huge issues with the apartment. It's the type of people that live here, leaving disrespectful notes on Landry machines when you move there stuff because they are taking hours come collect there stuff and a blatant disregard for the community amenities and common areas like leaving trash in the stairwell, dog poop on the sidewalks and always smelling like cigarette smoke and weed. The leasing team and staff do try but it's the residents that make it unbearable. One thing about the apartments is the doors, floors, and cabinets are cheap and wear down easily or break. This is great for anybody that need a place to stay while they get on their feet. Not a permit place you'd like to live. Great location for getting downtown and to the mountains and the floors are concrete so you don't hear anything and the walls are very thick"

"These apartments aren’t meant for living! The ventilation is terrible! Black mold would constantly grow on my windowsill due to poor insulation! Our packages would get stolen all the time. The office wouldn’t do nothing at all about it. The ladies in the leasing office are absolutely rude and hateful. No compassion at all. Take no accountability for their doings! I was magically erased from the lease when I requested assistances. Also once the two original maintenance left the property went to trash! Please watch out for the “attorney fees” they will constantly charge you without sending you an actual attorney and still expect you to pay them!! This place is outrageous."

"Been here 4 months now, the leasing process was great, nice office staff, clean, love all the dogs that live here, it is a huge upgrade to where I previously lived. Nice folks here, glad I found you"

"I been living here for I while and our car get towed because when we move in the lady at the leasing office forgot to give us a parking pass, after this incident the leasing office doesn't want to take any responsibility for this, they blame us for what happened as they pretend to give us the parking pass when they never did. After this going back to the leasing office to argue for this situation the lady from the leasing insisted she give us when that never happens she said we probably lost it or throw it away, like "today is a great day to lost my day at work and get my car towing and paid 5 hundred" it that make sense? I'm wandering is this happened before o are we the only liers?"

"Been living here for almost a month and so far so good. The application process was smooth, it did take a little while to get all the paperwork filed and things, but my contact from the leasing office did a great job of keeping me updated! Thank you Ruben. :) The units are super nice and feel very spacious because of the high ceilings. Building is secure and neighbors seem friendly. Happy to call Notable home."
