"DO NOT MOVE HERE! If I could give zero stars I would. When I moved in, FIVE MONTHS AGO, I was told they did not have my mailbox key as the previous tenant did not return it. Guess who still doesn’t have a mailbox key so I am forced to rent a PO Box in order to get my mail because the leasing office has a “list” that they are getting to. And this list is a joke. Every time I walk in and ask about my mailbox key, I am told I will be added to the list, shouldn’t I already be on the list???? During my move in I reported my dryer doesn’t work, I pay for it to work, it’s a charge on my lease every single month, any time I put in a maintenance order it is either cancelled or put in as work completed. Dryer still doesn’t work and I’m still being added to the “list.” The community laundry facilities are a joke as well, every single building is out of order and has been for over a month. They will give no updates on when they will be fixed, I am sure it’s on the “list.” I have asked for a week straight for a gym key and was put on a list. I have emailed the property manager and called but Crystal doesn’t answer and the office will hang up on you. They have no problem telling the community about their Valentine’s Day raffles and the grinch and snacks at the leasing office, I bet they will even host some type of Easter event, but if you need things actually done or taken care of, be wary of that list."

"0 Stars!! Our dryer never worked and we paid a total of $900+ throughout our lease for renting a service we never received. Our work orders for repairs would constantly be marked as “cancelled” every time we requested maintenance. We had gallons of water dumping from our ceiling and we were told it wasnt an emergency by maintenance, so Im sure lots of units have mold issues. Our neighbors locked their dog on their balcony for it to defecate and pee all over it. The dog area was also disgusting and probably disease ridden. Walking by it was the worst smell!! The dog waste bins were always overflowing and people would just throw their dog poop bags on the ground because grounds were never kept. Weeks would go by until the bins were emptied. They eventually just removed the waste cans by my building. Crystal and her team are so lousy and do not care about residents living situations even though the management team are at fault. Living here was so stressful!!!"

"By far the worst place I have ever lived. DO NOT DO IT! The price might seem tempting, but seriously it is not worth it. Their management is virtually nonexistent. Over the course of our year long lease none of the requested work orders (ranging from broken electrical outlets/ no power to a whole bedroom, dryer issues since move in, broken dish washer since move in, ceiling leaks, etc…) was actually completed, most of my work orders would just be cancelled by management/ maintenance. Amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and gym are rarely open or working. Our car was broken into, no security cameras around. Their dog park is largely an open air litter box that is not maintained. Crystal, one of the managers would close the pool to residents just so her kids could have the pool to themselves. The heat and hot water would go out frequently. I could not get out of this place fast enough."

"I have lived her a few years & I will tell you I have loved it, Crystal is amazing she will help you in and situation, The maintenance team is kind and quick to fix any issues. Close to convenient shopping and beautiful walks. The office throws events each month that are great for adults and families, Crystal makes sure to include events for kids. Wish residents would clean up after their pets as they never clean up their pets waste."

"I lived at this complex for nearly three years. It wasn’t great when I moved in and it’s only deteriorated in quality since. The lack of regard the management has for the tenants is astounding. They claim to have no control over maintenance, which is their biggest issue aside from over charging the tenants. Every summer the ceiling leaked profusely from the AC vent, and every winter pipes burst causing flooding in many people’s apartments. The water gets shut off randomly, and often without warning, for maintenance work. I personally watched management purposely ignore phone calls from upset tenants and then proceeded to make jokes about it. The tenants don’t even clean up their dogs poop because the place is such a wreck. The in-unit washer/dryers are an absolute joke - the staff know they don’t work and still continue to charge for them. I once had a conversation with a very kind gentleman who has lived there for many more years than I did and said things were as bad now as he has ever seen them. The management will be kind to you and helpful right before you move in and maybe even a couple weeks after, but good luck after that! Bottom line, the people running the show simply do not care. If you live here now, I wish you all the best. If you’re looking for your next home, I strongly suggest to keep looking."
