"Will never work with this business again. Multiple horror stories about them failing to fix things and trying to cheat people on fees and security deposits. I literally have in writing that they were supposed to refund mine and they never sent it to me. They also were offering money/gift cards to anyone in the complex who would give them a 5 star ratings. Go rent from literally anyone else."
"Toured this community as well as one of their sister properties. I ended up not moving into this community but the staff was so great and I ended up moving the other one. Super cute and quiet but really wanted to stress how great the staff was."

Quiet most of the time and the landlord is very responsive to voicemails with work order requests and the maintenance man is and knows what he is doing. The grounds are very well kept and flowers that are planted are watered regularly. Very pleasant place to live!"
