"I lived here for two years and management and neighbors were wonderful. The location is great, it’s nice and quiet and close to schools and other things. There are some issues with the buildings because they are old but management and maintenance team NEVER make it the tenants problem. They are responsive and very friendly and helpful. "I lived at Green Mountain for a year. While the apartment is modest, the property management is beyond incredible. Katharine is hands down the best property manager with whom I have ever worked. I have lived in 3 states and have rented multiple apartments. Never have I encountered the superb level of customer service that Katharine brings to Green Mountain. She is super friendly, ultra attentive and will go above and beyond to make you feel like a valued tenant. I can't say enough good things about the management of this property. The apartments themselves are a bit dated and could use some upgrades. However, the price and customer service make the dated living conditions worth it. If you are looking to save for a house or just want a quiet, no-frills apartment community where the neighbors look out for each other and management treats you like family, this is the place for you."

The courtyards, pool area, and maintenance I need attending to in my apartment, is always well groomed or promptly serviced by Jason and Carl. Katie is always quick to reply back to my emails, questions, or concerns, as well as be adaptable (especially during troubling times) and of the utmost help, going above and beyond. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here, and have even referred close family and friends, who now live in the accommodations, solidifying a community bond. Five stars all around!"

"We got to move in a few days after applying. Its a very nice apartment. Small kitchens though. Its a wall. Ha. But the bedroom is nice and open. Its a quiet neighborhood. And the prices here aren't bad at all. Bathrooms are a little tiny as well but it is worth what you pay for."
