"5 stars for maintenance. Had a leak (as is gonna happen in any place after living there long enough) and the maintenance guys were quick and nice. They were working at midnight, were really nice, did their best the bathroom functional enough for me to use to be able to get ready for work, and explained the problem when i was curious as to what was going on. They very clearly know what theyre doing and are great all around."
"Not a safe place to live, between car break ins and mailroom breaks in, twice in the past 2 weeks your stuff is not safe here. I’ve had multiple missing packages from my mailbox as well. Office staff is horrible to work with specially the guy in the front who greets people, rudest, unkind, uncaring most annoying attitude to have to deal with, simple tasks he makes hard. I guess their staff goes with the environment here. Dogs bark in the apartments throughout the day, when I complained about it, I have to pinpoint where the dog bark is coming from instead of them leaving letters for everyone like better apartment complexes do."
"The grounds here are absolutely beautiful. There has not been much turnover in staffing over the last year which is such a relief at any community. Love the food trucks every few weeks, lovely views when walking around the property."
"Jesse the leasing consultant has been absolutely wonderful to work with. We toured many places this last weekend but this complex really stuck out because of the space and because he was so friendly and knowledgeable. We were extremely impressed with his customer service skills. We put in our application so hopefully everything else goes just as smooth!"
"Nice and quiet community to live at compared to other places we’ve been. Never had any issues and the staff are friendly and helpful. My kids love the playground, pool and grassy areas where they can play. We also like the nice view of the mountains. No complaints as far as I’m concerned. Would recommend checking Whisper Creek out if you’re looking for a place to live."
