Queen Anne Urban Bed & Breakfast

"My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here as our first Bed & Breakfast experience. We were welcomed with hot tea, freshly baked cookies and a small tour of the main house. We happened to run into the very kind and helpful owner who gave us some fabulous dinner recommendations. We stayed in one of the artists rooms and it was very clean, the bed was comfortable, there were eco friendly amenities, and we very much enjoyed our two private person jacuzzi!! Parking in the back was a plus (with a lovely patio) and the breakfast freshly prepared at our preferred time was heavenly. Thank you so much for having us and we looking forward to our next stay when we return to Denver!"

"We were greeted by the inn keeper and had a great tour of the homes and amenities. They even gave us information about the area of town we were in and what areas to avoid if walking. The breakfast was so good we had a hard time deciding if we should try out other restaurants for breakfast. We stayed in suite 3. Although I love the huge front window, a drive by at night time showed us how transparent it was from the street. Some sort of tint would be a nice peace of mind. We enjoyed having a fireplace, but the bench used for a sofa was not something you could lounge in. This place was in a great location and there was ample parking. Will stay here again."

"We stayed overnight at this hotel in 2021 with my husband, and I forgot to leave a review back then, so something could have changed since then. The stay was pleasant in general. We were allowed to have a fairly late check in, and everyone was sweet and welcoming. We enjoyed the space and the breakfast service and food were a delight. Having Indian-styled breakfast at a Victorian place was fun. The shower head in our room was wobbly but it didn’t matter to me. What did matter is that the ventilation grille was all covered with dust, same as the crevices between the wooden planks on the wall, and I couldn’t stop sneezing. Overall, I would have stayed at this place again, but maybe in a different room."

"Had a great stay. Staff was helpful and very very nice. Room was clean, spacious and very pretty. Each room is designed by a different artist so you'll get a different vibe depending which one you choose! There is parking in the back. Close to several restaurants and bars and easy distance to most downtown stuff! Breakfast was around a single table so met interesting people over breakfast. Highly recommend this place!"

We appreciated the friendly staff, the great tea selections, the clear communication, and the wonderful breakfast prepared fresh each morning. When we arrived, we were given a tour and were given some great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and our room had a two person jacuzzi that was a nice addition. We enjoyed chatting and getting to know the other guests that were stay there during the breakfast hours. Thanks Queen Anne staff for hosting and providing a wonderful stay!
