"This hotel looked very different from what was advertised. It was not very clean at all with dead bugs everywhere. The bathroom was pretty dirty and toilet seat was broken. There was an issue with the door and the keys not working which took us over 4 times of going to the office to finally get it fixed. It's ok for it's value but much smaller and dirtier than advertised. Good place to crash if you just need a night next to the airport"
"I checked into my room put my bag in room didn't touch anything went to get a bite to eat came back and they wouldn't let me back in my room because of a what they said was a leaking toilet then to give me the only room they had left with no heater on a 25 degree snowy nite! Real Nice! Plus the what I think was a front desk person didn't speak any English!"
"Grabbed a room here first night of a major blizzard through Travelocity. Hotel staff called me immediately after booking completed (i.e. Travelocity took payment) to say they had been having computer issues and did not have a room available for us. Had to find another hotel completely. Tried to get payment back due to this via Travelocity, and their manager DENIED it. Can't even get ahold of the manager at this hotel to talk live about this...hmm wonder why. STAY AWAY"
"Right next door is a big Maverick gas station. I’m not big into throwing my money away by paying way too much for soda and snacks because the hotel vending machines are just close and convenient. The Maverick is super conveniently close and is open all night. If you’re needing to grab some actual food there’s several fast food places within walking distance. So the location of this hotel is really convenient if you’re without wheels"
