"I am a long time customer but no more ever again. I went to the Boulder store to look around and had a covered drink in a coffee cup, it was hot cider from fresh apples. I was rudely approached by a black male who told me I could not drink anything in the store and also to pull up my mask. He was insulting and lacked any tact. What would be the reason for taking a sip of a hot liquid? how pathetic. I will never shop here again because of the rude manner of the male attendant. There was no need for him to snub my nose up at me and act like this is such a travesty. I go into Athleta, Peppercorn, Free People and they are nice to me and don't have such unlawful rules. I would not recommend this store on Pearl street. Now years later the store allows beverages and the sales rep are way nicer and much more helpful. I bought a darling denim jean bag and just had to have it due to the chic style. So I am back to liking this store."

"I had a disappointing experience at the Urban Outfitters in Boulder. The employee working, a taller man with gray hair, displayed a lack of personability and rudeness. Despite attempting to engage by asking about his day, I was completely ignored. It's evident that customer service is not a priority at this location."

"I've ordered a lot of things, nearly 400$ order. 4 days after putting my order I got an email with cancellation, because of some information that had to be verified. This information got into spam so that was a reason, but they didn't even call to clarify it. Order was cancelled, but i'm leaving US in a few days, after 10 days since cancellation still didn't get refund. Called them a few times, always put on hold, "it takes 3 to 5 business days", right now I'm still waiting for my money. I totally advise against online shopping in urban outfitters, moreover they customer service is really unhelpful and vague."

"I don't look like a patron of this store and could tell from how the staff looked at and ignored me. After wandering around and not finding what I wanted in a color or size that would work I left with no one ebb acknowledging me. I went down to Billabong and got what I was looking for where I was greeted promptly and shown exactly what I was after. Maybe send your employees down there to see how it is done."
