I love that this store is more exclusive with their merchandise, it lets you know that if you buy something, you won't see a lot of other woman walking around town wearing the same thing. It is also my go to for gifts. Their staff will assist you in pulling together a beautifully wrapped box of items for any occasion. Highly recommended!"

"Really disappointing first experience here, unfortunately very different from the majority of the reviews I’ve read... Walked in and wasn’t acknowledged, saw a lot of cute items I was interested in, but the staff didn’t offer to help despite being unoccupied. The staff were extremely snooty and did not make me feel welcome at all, but they were more than happy to help the white women who entered the shop after me. Once I made a purchase the blonde lady who rang me out didn’t bother to offer me a receipt for my items, and she dismissed me to start helping other customers before I could even ask. She was very short with me and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth causing me to second guess even making a purchase. I worked retail for years and I know what good customer service looks like and this was not it. I hope in the future, the staff here can do better."
"Whenever I enter HAVEN I am met with the BEST customer service. ALL of the gals that work at Haven always greet me by my name, know my husbands and children's names, and make me feel important and beautiful. They have gorgeous high end items mixed in with extremely affordable ones. I love shopping here for myself and friends. This shop is is a must STOP when in Boulder!!"
